You will be amazed by the preservation of the ancient architectural works and learn more about the history of Hanoi through the sites in the itinerary.8:00 – 8:30: You will be picked up at your hotel in the Old Quarter or the Opera House areas to begin with the morning tour: Tran Quoc Pagoda – the oldest Buddhist temple and the Buddhist center in Hanoi since the Ly Dynasty, is located on a small island near the southeastern shore of Hanoi's West Lake. With its harmonious architecture taking advantage of the watery landscape, the pagoda is a picturesque attraction. The sunset views from the temple grounds are renowned. Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex - A historical site where lies the greatest leader of Vietnam during the 20th century. Enjoy the peace and serenity of the Ba Dinh Square and learn more about the life and work of Ho Chi Minh through the Stilt House. You can also get a chance to see one of the four symbolic landmarks of Hanoi – One-pillar Pagoda. (The mausoleum will be in maintenance weekly on Monday and Friday. You can still visit the outside area of the complex) 11:30 – 12:00: Return to the Hanoi Old Quarter to have lunch (your own expense). 13:00: The trip continues with the afternoon tour: Temple of Literature - one of several temples in Vietnam which is dedicated to Confucius, sages and scholars. The Imperial Academy of the site, which was considered as the first university in Vietnam, opened for about 700 years and educated hundreds of well-known scholars and mandarins. Despite continuous wars and disasters, the Temple of Literature remained its precious architectural and cultural value. Next, you will visit Ngoc Son Temple is a famous spiritual site that is always included in any Hanoi travel itinerary. Not only reflecting the profound spiritual life of Vietnamese people in the feudal period, the temple also boasts unique architecture and a good view of the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. Ha Long Bay is located in the northeast corner of Viet Nam, 165 km from Ha Noi. In the Province of Quang Ninh. Ha Long Bay covers an area of 1,553 km2 with 1,969 islands, of which 90% are limestone islands. You will be amazed by the beautiful combination of sea, sky and limestones islands that is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Pay a visit to one of the best tourist attractions in Vietnam!Breakfast at hotel. 08:00 – 8:30: Pick up at your hotel. Pass by Dinh Huong Islet - a symbol of safety and good luck for all tourists visiting Halong Bay, which is also printed on the back of a 200,000 banknote of the Vietnam Dong; Cho Da Islet - a piece of stone in the shape of a dog sitting with its back to the sea, standing guard for the safety of seagoing boats for millions of years; and Ga Choi Islet – shaped like a pair of rooster and hen, the most iconic symbol of Halong Bay. 14:30: Visit Thien cung cave and then visit Dau Go grotto (or visit Ba Hang by kayak, guest pay directly) Although humans had explored Thien Cung Cave in the past, in more recent years the jungle had grown over the mouth of the cave and locals had long forgotten how to find it. However, the cave was always remembered in stories told by word of mouth which were passed down through generations.The cave is situated on Driftwood Island, next to Thien Cung cave. There are some stories to explain the name of cave; but the most popular and well-recognized by locals is history story linked with victory battle against Mongolian enemy under Tran dynasty in 13th century. It was told that the General Tran Hung Ðao concealed ironwood stakes in this cave in preparation for battle in Bach Dang River. These ironwood stakes created a trap on the riverbed to destroy the invaders’ boats. In this way, the grotto was given name “Dau Go” (meaning: Wooden Stakes). 15:30: Back to the boat to get back to mainland16:00: Disembark. We will visit Independence Palace, one of the most famous historic sites in Ho Chi Minh City (locally called Saigon). It has stayed there and witnessed the happenings of two fierce wars against the French and American colonists to end the Vietnam War and reunite the country. See the distinctive architectural designs from the French colonization era, such as the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon - located in the downtown of Ho Chi Minh City. It was constructed between 1863 and 1880 by the French, and reaches a height of up to 60 meters and Central Post Office - notable for its perfect combination of neo-classical European architecture and Asian decorations. This magnificent post office attracts a large number of domestic and foreign visitors, making it a must-see when you are in Ho Chi Minh City.  War Remnants Museum – The War Remnants Museum has been the most visited museum for many years in Ho Chi Minh City. Breakfast at hotel. You will be pick up at the hotel to go to the Cu Chi Tunnels.  Cu Chi Tunnels, one of the few remaining monuments to the fierce Vietnam War. Beneath the ground lie 200 km of tunnels, dug by hand and inhabited by the forces of the Vietnamese guerillas during the conflict. At its peak, prior to the Tet Offensive in 1968, the tunnel complex was base to almost 10,000 troops. On the way to hotel, we will stop in front of the King’s Residence to see the Main Shrine, where the local people usually worship, with its statue of Yeay Teap, Preah Ang Chek and Preah Ang Chorm. Buying jasmine and lotus flowers to worship is very important for the Cambodians. We will continue to "Chantiers Ecoles - Les Artisans d'Angkor" which provides training to young Cambodians in an effort to revive the ancient Khmer traditions of stone carving and wood sculpting. Spend the rest of time to visit one of the city’s lively open markets, Psar Chars, also called the “Old Market”, where anything and everything is for sale! Then continue to Wat Bo, a large, highly respected pagoda, founded in the 18th Century. Like the Silver Pagoda in Phnom Penh, the vihear of Wat Bo contains unique wall paintings of the Reamker that are said to be late 19th Century. Breakfast at hotel, Continue tour to ANGKOR THOM covers an area of 10 square km. Enclosed by a wall and wide moats; the city includes many of Angkor's most popular sights. Enter by the monumental SOUTH GATE over a causeway lined on either side by statues of demons and gods, each carrying a giant naga. Continue to the TERRACE OF THE ELEPHANTS and the TERRACE OF THE LEPER KINGS, former spaces for public ceremonies, both adorned with dramatic bas reliefs. In this temple, one of the most popular and compelling in Angkor, explore the galleries of beautifully preserved bas reliefs and ascend narrow stairs to reach the central sanctuary, where you will find giant stone faces smiling enigmatically down at you from every angle.  Afternoon crowning jewel of Khmer architecture, ANGKOR WAT TEMPLE is the national symbol and the highlight of any visit to Cambodia. The largest, best preserved, and most religiously significant of the Angkor temples, Angkor impresses visitors both by its sheer scale and beautifully proportioned layout, as well as the delicate artistry of its carvings. To approach the temple, first cross the vast moat, continuing along a broad causeway lined with naga balustrades. As you enter the main building, ascend through a series of galleries and courtyard before reaching the central sanctuary, which offers beautiful views back over the causeway and across the surrounding countryside. Breakfast at hotel, and then visit the floating village of Chong Khneas, located south of 10 kilometers Siem Reap. We take a boat trip in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia.
